Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.

We will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Provide a refund where required

This policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
